The Story Behind Hepburn & Co.

We didn't start with a big agency, a fancy office, or a team of marketing experts. We started with T-shirts, a vision, and a willingness to figure it out.

In 2020, what you know today as Hepburn & Co. began as 561Customs, a small custom apparel business founded by husband-and-wife duo Christopher and Gabrielle Hepburn.

At the time, our focus was simple: helping people bring their ideas to life through custom T-shirts, apparel, and personalized products. We loved creating, but as our business grew, we started noticing something bigger.

Our clients weren't just coming to us for T-shirts. They were coming to us because they had businesses to build, stories to tell, events to host, and visions they wanted the world to see.

And we realized that what they needed went far beyond something they could wear.

They needed a brand people could recognize, marketing that could attract the right audience, content that could tell their story, and a community that would support their growth.

So, we started learning. We invested in our skills, expanded our services, studied marketing, and began building systems that could help businesses do more than just look good.

What started with custom apparel evolved into brand development, creative direction, content creation, digital marketing, event branding, and business strategy.

But our biggest transformation wasn't just in the services we offered. It was in how we viewed our purpose.

We stopped seeing ourselves as simply a company that made products and started seeing ourselves as partners in helping business owners build something meaningful.

Along the way, we built our own business using the same principles we now teach our clients. Through consistent content, intentional marketing, authentic storytelling, and genuine relationships, we grew a business where approximately 95% of our clientele came through social media, without relying on paid advertising.

We experienced firsthand what happens when branding, marketing, content, and community work together.

That experience became the foundation of everything we do today.

In 2026, after six years of building, learning, growing, and evolving, 561Customs officially became Hepburn & Co.

The name changed, but our heart for serving business owners never did.

Today, Hepburn & Co. is a full-service branding and marketing agency based in West Palm Beach, Florida, helping entrepreneurs, businesses, and organizations turn their visions into recognizable brands and sustainable growth.

We combine creative strategy with practical marketing solutions because we believe a beautiful brand means nothing if it isn't connecting with the right people.

From developing brand identities and creating content to building marketing systems, managing campaigns, and bringing branded experiences to life, our mission is to help business owners stop trying to figure everything out alone.

We started by putting logos on T-shirts. Today, we help businesses build the brands behind those logos.
